Easterseals Southwest Florida will be hosting a Veterans & First Responders Holiday Coffee Social. The event will be from 10 a.m. to noon, Monday, Dec. 15, 2025, at the Easterseals Ranch, 1629 Ranch Road, Nokomis. Join for complimentary coffee, pastries and holiday spirit. Please wear closed-toe shoes. For the safety of horses and guests, the ranch speed limit is 5 mph. This event will be on the front patio of the main barn. Please park in front of the arena. 

Join a Parkinson's Support Group for an encouraging and informative meeting for those living with Parkinson's, caregivers, families, friends and anyone impacted by the disease. Meet at Freedom Village Landings Building: Auditorium, 6406 21st Ave. W., Bradenton, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16th. Lunch will be provided courtesy of Sailor Girl Transport and there will be a presentation by Holiday Harmony.

Join in All Is Calm: In Concert at Patriot Plaza, a moving experience blending artistry and history to share powerful reminders of peace, compassion and humanity in the spirit of the holiday season. This concert is free to attend. Registration is required and space is limited. The event is at 3 p.m. Dec. 20, 2025, at Patriot Plaza at Sarasota National Cemetery, 9810 State Road 72, Sarasota.

This one-of-a-kind, family-friendly program will feature highlights from Asolo Reparatory Theatre's acclaimed production of "All is Calm: The Christmas Truce of 1914."

Additional community performers will honor the service and sacrifice of our Veterans and military families, creating opportunities for guests of all ages to unite through remembrance and reflection in this sacred setting.

Located in the heart of Sarasota national Cemetery, Patriot Plaza is a 2, 800 -seat ceremonial amphitheater featuring artwork illustrating the experience of America's Veterans and their loved ones across generations. The Patterson Foundation fully funded Patriot Plaza's design and construction to honor Veterans, inspire patriotism and embrace freedom.
