Apply for a Toilet Rebate
Manatee County offers rebates of up to $100 per toilet (max 2) for replacing older, high-flow toilets (3.5 gpf or higher) with high-efficiency models (1.28 gpf or less) to conserve water. Eligibility requires verification, and the old toilet must be retained until approval.

Dispose of Yard Waste
Yard waste, including tree branches, leaves, and grass clippings, is collected every Wednesday between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. in Manatee County, with proper preparation by bundling, or using 32-gallon cans.

You can also make payments at the Manatee County Tax Collector's Office, 819 301 Boulevard West, Bradenton, FL 34205, during lobby hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
Amscot and Walmart also accept payments with a convenience fee, with payment processing times varying based on the time of day. For Amscot and Walmart locations near you, visit their respective websites.
Billing and Accounts
All online account access under the previous CWA system with your old account number was retired effective 2/14/2024.
Manatee County Utilities Customer Service may be able to assist you with a possible payment arrangement. You can request a payment plan through your online account at Utilities Customer Self-Service Portal.
