Sign Up to Speak at a Commissioner Meeting

Members of the public can request to speak during the meeting using the link below. The request form displays upcoming meetings 24 hours before the meeting date and will close 10 minutes prior to the meeting start time.

Walk-in comments are welcome during the meeting for individuals who did not sign-up to speak prior to the meeting (signing in is optional, not required to speak).

Sign-up is also available at the kiosk located on the first floor of the downtown administration building.

Please refer to the agenda or monthly calendar to confirm meeting times and locations.  Meetings can be viewed live at the Watch Live County Meetings page and on Manatee Government Access (MGA) Spectrum Channel 644, Frontier Channel 30, and Comcast Channel 20 (within Manatee County).

All public comment on quasi-judicial agenda items must be under oath and must occur at a duly noticed public hearing. The Citizens' Comments portion of the agenda is not an advertised public hearing, and no comments on quasi-judicial agenda items are authorized during the Citizens' Comments portion of the agenda.

Rules of procedure for Public Comment and Citizens’ Comments (including time limits) are governed by Resolution R-22-051 Restated Rules of Procedure (adopted 4/26/22).
