You may be eligible to receive insurance benefits through the Department of Veterans Affairs. This is important for Veterans and service members who may not be able to qualify for insurance from private companies because of implied risks involved in military service or due to a service-connected disability.

Veterans are also encouraged to make an appointment with Manatee County Veterans Services to see if there are any other benefits from the VA for which they qualify.
