The Utilities Lobby is closed to the public. A 24-hour drop box for bill payment is located at 3647 Cortez Road West, Bradenton, FL 34210 on the north side of the Administration building.
All other business may be conducted over the phone, including opening new service by calling Customer Service, Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. Beware that the Utilities Customer Service Call Center is experiencing high call volumes.
