The Rocky Bluff Library has served Ellenton, Parrish, and nearby communities for nearly 27 years, relocating to its current location on US Highway 301 N. in 2011. Surrounded by ponds and a boardwalk with abundant wildlife, the library offers programs for all ages, including Creative Aging art classes for seniors, Tech Time, and Crafty Afternoons for teens and tweens. It features an art wall showcasing works from the Parrish Arts Council and is home to the Tool Library, a unique collection of tools available for checkout from the Library of Things.

Manatee Library checks out tools! The Tool Library is located at the Rocky Bluff Ranch Library but items may be requested via the library's online catalog and transferred to your preferred library for pick-up.
Circulation restrictions apply: must be an adult Manatee County resident library card holder in good standing and able to provide a photo I.D. for verification. Not available for non-residents, reciprocal borrowers or children.
