This picturesque park is the perfect spot to relax, offering numerous shaded picnic tables and a reservable pavilion complete with grills, ideal for a family lunch break after a fun-filled day in the sun and sand.
POLICIES & REGULATIONS
- Alcohol, littering, & glass containers are prohibited.
- Pets are prohibited.
- Drones and other remotely operated vehicles or toys are prohibited.
- No campfires. Grilling is allowed only in provided grills.
- Fireworks are prohibited.
- Disturbing wildlife or destruction of habitat by walking on dunes is prohibited.
- Golf carts, ATVs, and other vehicles are not allowed on pedestrian paths or on the beach.
- Wildlife is protected by law from being hunted, harassed, injured, captured, chased, displaced or otherwise disturbed. Please enjoy viewing and photographing wildlife from a distance.
- Sea Turtle Season is May 1 - Oct 31
- No lights on the beach after sunset.
- Do not approach turtles or nests.
- Remove beach furniture at dusk.
- Leave nests and signs undisturbed.
Manatee County employees reserve the right to expel visitors for violation of these rules and/or any listed in Manatee County Code Chapter 2-24.

Anna Maria Bayfront Pavilion

Sunrise to sunset, unless otherwise posted or allowed by special permits.Location: Located at the North East corner of the island in view of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge and Egmont Key; near the Anna Maria City Pier.
Amenities: Pavilion includes 11 picnic tables, two grills (20" x 15") and one concrete counter. ADA accessible. Other amenities include restroom facilities. All amenities are within walking distance and open to the public. No lifeguard on duty.
Park gates will not be unlocked for closer access to the pavilion. There is no bus parking at this location. Water spigots are not for public use. Any additional set up of tables, tents, etc. is prohibited without a special event permit.
Fee: $95 + tax...electric included
