Replay Outreach
Replay Outreach is a non-profit organization established in Bradenton, Florida, in 2012. We encourage at-risk teens to uncover their purpose in life, learn to manage their behavior, and gain the skills, and attitudes that will lead to success.
The journey to find one’s purpose in this world is rarely a smooth, navigable route. That discovery process is even harder for at-risk youth in under-served communities. Most find themselves without structure and purpose due to fractured families, misguided friendships, and learning destructive coping mechanisms.
That's Where We Come In
Replay Outreach meets them where they are, whether it be at school, clubs, church, or even court, to bring them not just guidance and direction, but the tools for a better future. We train them to see past their missteps and use those as stepping stones in building a purpose-driven life.
Our Approach - It’s T.I.M.E. to Act
Aimlessness in youth is expensive. Those who don’t excel at academics, sports, music, or other activities are susceptible to the downward spiral of truancy, crime, violence, and substance abuse. Youth need a direction for their lives, a passion to accomplish it, and a purpose that fulfills their life. We believe T.I.M.E. spent together can make a significant difference in preparing at-risk youth for a life of self-sustainability, confidence, and success.
Our T.I.M.E. Programs:
Train - Developing opportunities to help youth uncover who they are and how they might become great -- using Myers Briggs, SWOT analyses, action plans, and other methods of self-identification.
Inspire - Going into juvenile justice facilities and speaking HOPE into youths' lives.
Mentor - Helping youth identify mentors with whom they can build long-lasting relationships and providing activities and opportunities for mentors and youth to get together.
Empower - Proving an empowering nurturing environment away from a home-life or surrounding area that is toxic. Helping them see that they can achieve more by following a better path - through the right learning opportunities geared to their needs and employment opportunities to unleash them into their chosen career path.
