Commercial deposits are determined by meter size and number of units. To determine the meter size and deposit amount please call Manatee County Utilities Customer Service.

Hours Available: 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays

Eligibility:

In order to establish a commercial account, Manatee County Utilities Customer Service requires the following documentation:

  • Articles of Incorporation and Tax ID number (if incorporated)
  • Driver's license
  • Full Social Security number of the owner (if not incorporated), or business license
