Robinson Preserve Mosaic NEST Rental Application

In addition to regular free and low-cost public programming, volunteer workdays, and passive recreation programs such as Tai Chi and yoga, the NEST is also available for private rentals. Daytime rentals are $100/hr and evening rentals (after 5pm) are $150/hr.

• 50-person indoor capacity. 100-person outdoor capacity.
• Building is approximately 900 square feet
• Available weekdays, weekends, and nights until 10 pm
• Fully air-conditioned space
• Outdoor deck and screened porch with waterfront view
• High-speed wifi, multiple charging outlets
• Available for meetings, parties, weddings, birthdays and more!
  

Rental fees apply to building space and deck only; ground rentals are available for weddings with additional fees. Alcohol is permitted during events with permission and appropriate insurance. Refundable security deposit for events with alcohol is $500. All rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Manatee County’s Natural Resources Department is always seeking to expand the quality program we offer to the community. If you would like to host a public class or program in the NEST please contact us. The rental/reservation process is the same, however there is a fee discount if the program is held in partnership with the County.
