We have a veterinarian and staff on duty 7 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet may need.

In 2002, the founders of Animal ER of University Park recognized the need for a comprehensive and compassionate veterinary emergency care hospital to serve both Manatee and north Sarasota counties where none existed. Since then, we have been open every night, weekend, and holiday. We are proud to work closely with the Canine Units of both Manatee and Sarasota counties, along with a multitude of animal rescue groups.

We are committed to providing the highest level of compassionate care and transport for pets - whether it is an emergency or just a regular vet visit.
