Program provides youth substance abuse outpatient treatment services, intake assessment and evaluation, individualized treatment planning, psychosocial assessment, individual, family, group therapy, drug urine screening, case management, substance abuse and mental health screening, support groups, discharge planning, and referral and linkage to services for child and families within the community.

Services include substance abuse education, fundamentals of education, behavior modification principles and social skills education.

Hours Available: Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. by appointment or as needed

Manatee County resident

Centerstone is a nonprofit health system specializing in mental health and substance use disorder treatments for people of all ages.
