Part I of the Manual was published in January 2020 after Board review and outlines the development review process. Deferred Documents Instructions
The customer will no longer be required to email these documents for zoning and building reviews. Once the deferred documents are uploaded into the appropriate document type, the appropriate reviewers will then be notified. Vendors that send documents directly to Development Services will need to create an Online Services User account and will need to be designated as a delegate on the record. This will give them access to upload into the records.
