Each student is provided a comprehensive assessment and individualized service plan developed with the youth and their family, allowing case managers to assist in accessing needed services and the therapist to assist in resolving barriers to regular school attendance and success.

Hours Available: Monday – Friday; 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Eligibility:
- Truant youth, ages 5-17
- Must be referred by Manatee County School District based on their pattern of chronic truancy per school records
