Physicians, ARNPs, PAs, clinics, community and specialty hospitals, behavioral health centers, surgical centers, hospice, governmental entities, and many others. Unfortunately, if a provider is already in a Volunteer Health Care Provider Program (VHCPP), they cannot participate.

Participating Providers can start submitting invoices upon signing an acknowledgment form. All invoices shall be submitted on form CMS-1500, within 90 days of service, and will be paid at the Medicare rate for CPT codes.

Participating Providers can determine client eligibility for the program using the Health Information Exchange (HIE) and keep track of services performed on the client across the county.

Not only will you be providing much needed services to the community, you will also have access to the HIE, be paid at the Medicare rate for CPT codes used per client, and earn points for MIPS. Please review our Handbook for more information.
