Attention Parents!
As the holidays approach, kids in grades K–5 will be off from school. To keep your children active, engaged, and safe, Manatee County offers Holiday Camps featuring exciting activities like swimming, arts and crafts, PE games, and a game room. You can register online or in person at the G.T. Bray and John Marble Recreation Centers.
Holiday Camps are available during Spring and Winter Breaks, following the Manatee County Public School calendar. Please note that changes to the school calendar, such as make-up dates, may affect Holiday Camp schedules. Camps have limited capacity and are held at the (West Campus) G.T. Bray Park and (East Campus) John Marble Recreation Centers.
Sign up early to secure your spot!
Registration for Holiday Camps open on October 1.
Please note that registering for one session of Holiday Blast Camp does not guarantee your campers spot in additional sessions. You will need to pay for the individual sessions you would like your camper to attend before their spot is held.

Children are expected to bring their own lunch during our holiday camps.
Yes, there are space constraints in place. These constraints encompass minimum enrollment requirements necessary to facilitate the camp, as well as a cap on the number of attendees. To secure your child's spot in any of our camp programs, we recommend early registration, as we anticipate reaching full capacity.
Additionally, we are focused on maintaining ratios of 1:15, therefore affecting the number of campers permitted. We understand this will limit the number of participants permitted into our program; however we believe the experience benefits greatly from quality of service being provided.
