Sports and Leisure is proud to offer 50 scholarships for Summer Blast Camp. This program, approved by the BOCC and Children's Advisory Board, will provide 50 campers the opportunity to attend summer camp that would otherwise not be able to afford it. Twenty-five spots are allocated to G.T. Bray (West Campus) and twenty-five spots are set for John H. Marble (East Campus).

Eligibility requirements include: a 1040 Tax Return from 2024, listing the camper as a dependent and indicating the household income is at or below 200% of the Federal poverty level. Also, proof of Manatee County residency is required.
