Bring your kids to a hands-on festival that focuses on playing in the great outdoors. Build forts, blow bubbles, paint with mud, search with maps, play with puppets, and so much more! Visit all the booths that this FREE event has to offer! The Festival is a partnership of Soar in 4 and Manatee County Natural Resources.
