Conservatory Park is a 55 acre site with a focus on outdoor and nature-based recreation. Manatee County purchased the property in August 2004, with assistance from the Florida Communities Trust under the Florida Forever program.

Conservatory Park is nestled within a residential community off University Parkway, is a hidden gem for outdoor enthusiasts. Stroll along the beautifully shaded trail, complete with educational signs about the local habitat. Kids can enjoy the playground, while families can gather at the pavilions for picnics. Don’t miss the dock, which offers peaceful views of the lake.

Conservatory Small Pavilion

Amenities: Pavilion includes 2 tables which seat 16. THERE IS NO GRILL, GRILLING IS PROHIBITED. ADA accessible. Other amenities include: drinking fountain and restroom facility, walking path and large wooden patio on the lake for fishing. All amenities are nearby and open to the public.

Park gates will not be unlocked for closer access to the pavilion. Water spigots are not for public use. Any additional set up of tables, tents, etc. is prohibited without a special event permit

Fee: $40.00 + tax….non-electric

Reserve Conservatory Small Pavilion

Conservatory Large Pavilion

Amenities: Pavilion includes 4 tables which seat 32. THERE IS NO GRILL, GRILLING IS PROHIBITED. ADA accessible. Other amenities include: drinking fountain, restroom facility, walking path, and large wooden patio on the lake for fishing. All amenities are nearby and open to the public.

Park gates will not be unlocked for closer access to the pavilion. Water spigots are not for public use. Any additional set up of tables, tents, etc. is prohibited without a special event permit.

Fee: $50.00 + tax….electric included

Location: from University Parkway, turn North on Whitfield Ave., turn left on Palm Aire Dr., then turn left on Conservatory Dr. Amenities: Pavilion includes 4 tables which seat 32, drinking fountain and restroom facility, walking path, large wooden patio on the lake for fishing. ADA accessible. Park gates will not be unlocked for closer access to the pavilion. THERE IS NO GRILL, GRILLING IS PROHIBITED. Water spigots are not for public use. Any additional set up of tables, tents, food trucks, or other vendors, etc. is prohibited without a special event permit. electric included.
