MANATEE COUNTY, FL (June 19, 2023) – Customers of Manatee County Utilities on Anna Maria Island may be experiencing intermittent drops in water pressure due to emergency water-main repairs. Manatee County Utilities crews are currently working to repair a broken 16” water main.

Boaters should stay in the channel when navigating under the bridge. While repairs are being made, some residents may experience lower-than-normal water pressure. Residents are being asked to reduce water usage as much as possible until the repairs have been completed.

While the County does not anticipate customers being out of service at this time, residents will be notified if service interruptions may be necessary.
