MANATEE COUNTY, FL (March 11, 2025) – Manatee County has launched a newly redesigned county website offering an improved, user-friendly experience for residents, businesses and visitors.

The revamped website was developed in response to community feedback, with a focus on accessibility, efficiency and ease of navigation. You can access the new site by visiting the MyManatee.org homepage and finding the link in the banner. Users will have access to both sites during this transition period and will be given opportunities to provide feedback to improve usability.

“This website is awesome,” said Manatee Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) Chair George Kruse. “It’s a great improvement.”

Designed to be service-focused, the new site makes it easier for users to find what they need—without requiring knowledge of the County’s internal structure. County services are categorized by audience, function and deliverables, ensuring a seamless experience. Key services frequently accessed by users are now featured prominently on the homepage for quick discovery.

Among the most exciting new features is an interactive map showcasing County locations and amenities. Users can filter by destination type and available facilities, view site photos, and access important details—all in one place. Enhanced search functionality makes finding information even easier. As users type, the intuitive search bar suggests relevant results based on trending searches, helping visitors quickly locate the services they need.

“I’m liking the new design,” said District 3 Commissioner Tal Siddique. “Having the key services prominently displayed, and improved search feature and making it easier to find out who your elected official is are all welcome changes.”

The website is also optimized for all devices, ensuring a consistent experience whether accessed on a desktop, tablet, or smartphone. The new system is built to accommodate more users simultaneously, improving site performance and reliability.

For the best experience, users should check their browser settings, ensure their screen zoom is appropriately adjusted, and update any bookmarked links, as some URLs may have changed during the transition.

Manatee County Information Technology and Information Outreach staff have been working behind the scenes for months getting this new website ready for use. We appreciate your feedback as we roll out this improved experience. We invite you to explore the new site and discover its enhanced features designed to better serve our community.
