To use Customer Self-Service, you need to register online with your new account number and activation code.

- Welcome letters with your new account information were mailed out. If you didn't receive a welcome letter, you can find your new account number on your next bill statement.
- No late fees will be assessed during this introductory period.
- Payments made prior to 8 p.m. will post to your account the same business day. Payments after 8 p.m. will post to your account the next business day.
Prefer in-person assistance?
Every Saturday in April from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., we will have staff available in person to help with their Customer Self-Service (CSS) registration at the Manatee County Public Library at 1301 Barcarrota Boulevard West, Bradenton, FL 34205.
Please bring your welcome letter or your latest billing statement. If you would also like assistance with setting up an automatic payment schedule, please also bring your banking or credit card information.
