How can I make a payment?

You can pay your bill in any of the following ways:

Amscot now accepts Manatee County Utility payments.  Payments made prior to 2pm on business days will post the same business day.  Payments made after 2pm will post the next business day.  Amscot charges a $1.00 convenience fee using this service.  Amscot only accepts cash payments.

For a search of Amscot locations nearest you, visit the Amscot website.

What address do I send my payment to?

MCUD
P.O. Box 25350
Bradenton, FL 34206-5350

Why did my payment not go through even after I received a confirmation number?

Payments made on the automated phone service and county website are done with a batch process and not drawn from the account immediately.  Although you may have received a confirmation number, reasons your payment may not go through include:

  • Your bank rejected the payment
  • Input error
  • Returned Item
  • Other unexpected issues

I keyed my payment (or other account information) in wrong. Can I get the returned item fee waived?

The account may be reviewed for a one time fee waiver during the life of the account.

What is the Automatic Funds Transfer Program?

The AFT program will automatically draft payment from your bank account on the due date of each billing statement.  You will continue to receive a billing statement reflecting the date and the amount of the draft.

To enroll in the program, you must fill out an application.  This form requires banking information. If you change banks or discontinue the program, a 30 day notice is necessary to stop the drafting process.
