Auto Pay Discontinuation Notice
Please note that if you are currently signed up for Autopay of your Manatee County Utilities bill(s) that as of February 1, 2012, this service will begin to be discontinued. We are notifying you now so that you may make alternative arrangements prior to the February 1st date for paying your utility bill. There are several options that exist for you but the Automatic Funds Transfer (AFT) option is the closest method to what you are currently using. The payments can be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account (but not through debit or credit cards). You may sign up for this option by completing this form and mailing it to PO Box 25010, Bradenton, FL 34206-3490 or faxing it to 941-795-3479.
Other options that are available to you can be found here. It might be helpful for you to know that in late 2012 we will be announcing the addition of eBill capability to our customers. If you would be interested in eBill, you might want to choose to pay your utility bill in a manual manner until that time or by using our one-time online payment service monthly.
Once you have chosen an alternative method of payment, you will need to cancel your enrollment in the ePayBill service by logging in at https://payments.bankofamerica.com/epaybill/StartAction.do?mcucs and select “Personal Options” from the Manage Profile.
If you have any questions, concerns or require clarification regarding this correspondence, you can contact Manatee County Utilities Customer Service by emailing UtilitiesWebSupport@mymanatee.org.
