Norma Lloyd Park, located at 1024 24th Street East in Bradenton, is a collaboration of the efforts of the Central Community Redevelopment Agency (CCRA), Parks and Recreation Department (handles maintenance), Neighborhood Services Department, Public Works Department, Property Management Department, City of Bradenton, and the United Community Center. There are nine phases to the park:

| Phase 2 | Baseball and T-ball Field Replacements |

| Phase 5 | Access Bridge from South Phase to North Phase |
| Phase 6 | ADA Accessible Playground |
| Phase 7 | Library, Soccer Field, Amphitheatre |
| Phase 8 | Aquatics Center |
| Phase 9 | Pavilion/Restroom |
