Enterprise Zone
The City of Palmetto and Manatee County have joined forces under the Florida Enterprise Zone Program. The Palmetto/North Manatee County Enterprise Zone offers tax incentives, in an effort to stimulate growth and development, to businesses and some area residents. Businesses/residents located in the Enterprise Zone may be eligible to receive tax credits on state sales tax, corporate income tax, and property tax.
