Each of the six libraries of the Manatee County Public Library System is supported by its own Friends organization - a group of library users who support the growth and development of library services for all the people in the community.
In addition, the Library Foundation, Inc. encourages support of the library in order to fund those services not available through traditional tax-base funding.
