Manatee County sponsored the Manatee Water Atlas to provide residents, visitors, and businesses with an easy-to-use tool to access information about the area's water resources. The Manatee Water Atlas is one of 11 similar projects around the state developed in cooperation with the Florida Center for Community Design and Research at the School of Architecture and Community Design, University of South Florida.
