Human Resources Director : Kate Rucker
Manatee County Government Human Resources supports the employees who deliver services to residents, businesses, and visitors every day. We provide recruitment and selection support, classification and compensation administration, benefits and leave guidance, employee relations and labor relations services, policy and records administration, training and organizational development, and workforce planning. Our role is to help County departments attract and retain qualified talent, maintain consistent and compliant employment practices, and strengthen the day-to-day workforce systems that keep public service running.
We serve job applicants, current employees, leaders, retirees, and the public by providing clear information, responsive customer service, and dependable processes.
