All solicitations will be displayed until the opening date. Click the reference number to view the details of the solicitation and download any official documents associated with the solicitation record.
It is the responsibility of each vendor, prior to submitting their bid or proposal, to contact the Manatee County Purchasing Office to determine if addenda were issued and to make such addenda a part of their bid or proposal.

Manatee Chamber of Commerce
Manatee County collaborates with the Manatee Chamber of Commerce on distributing solicitations using the "LocalQuotes4U" Web page at: www.manateechamber.com to post Bid and Proposal documents in a portable document format (.pdf) file. This step is in addition to the posting on Manatee County Government Web pages. A link to the Manatee Chamber of Commerce site is provided below.

Manatee County may use a national internet service provider to provide a broader distribution of bids and proposals. A link to the DemandStar service is provided below. Participation in the DemandStar.com system is not a requirement of doing business with Manatee County.
