Impact Fee Maps
Under Section 805 of the Manatee County Land Development Code, the County is divided into 4 geographic regions for the collection and expenditure of road impact fees. This division helps to ensure that impact fees are used to fund capacity improvements in the regions in which they were actually collected.
The 4 road benefit districts into which the county is divided may be generally described as follows:
- North East (NE) - The area north of the Manatee River & east of I-75
- North West (NW) - The area north of the Manatee River & west of I-75
- South West (SW) - The area south of the Manatee River & west of US 301
- South East (SE) - The area south of the Manatee River & east of US 301
