Smart Moves Program
Program provides a positive approach to aid today's youth to resist four serious threats to their well-being: alcohol, tobacco, other drug use, and early sexual activity. Program helps young people to develop functional knowledge about HIV/AIDS, consider choices that support healthy behavior related to HIV/AIDS, and identify and practice skills that support choices. SMART Moves recognizes that in addition to resistance training and the development of social skills, self-esteem is a very important factor.
