Program provides age-appropriate substance abuse education services. The curriculum used provides children with the facts and ill effects of drug use and offers them alternatives, builds self-esteem, reinforces positive decision making, and teaches skills designed to help children resist peer and media pressures to use alcohol and other drugs. Also provided are field trips, special projects and speakers. This is a ten week long course.
