KIDS Personal Safety Program
Program provides instruction on personal safety techniques. Through the use of educational and resource materials, used by trained professionals knowledgeable, children learn how to maintain their personal safety. The children also learn age-appropriate ways to identify and report bullying, abuse, neglect, dating violence, sexual harassment, and exploitation. Educational resources are used to teach abuse identification and prevention through the use of puppets, stories, videos, music and role play. Private consultations are encouraged with the children after the session has concluded and appropriate reporting is completed when necessary to protect the child from harm.
