Personal

John Chappie was born in Dayton, Ohio in 1951 and grew up in the country outside of West Milton, Ohio. John moved to Bradenton Beach, Florida where he has lived for the last 34 years. As Mayor of Bradenton Beach, John worked with the City Commission and staff to develop a CRA along the Bridge Street area. Today it is one of the most economically successful and viable business districts in the county.
