Construction Code Board of Appeals

Purpose

This Board shall serve to hear appeals of decisions and interpretation of the Building Official and consider variances of the technical codes.

 

Membership Requirements

  • This board shall consist of seven (7) members who have knowledge and experience in the technical codes;
  • Members shall serve for 4 years.

Meetings

Regular meetings will be scheduled upon receipt of application for an appeal. The date, time, and location to be determined by the Building Department. Special meetings may be called by the chairman provided that 24 hours notice is given.
