Code Enforcement Special Magistrate

Purpose

Per 3054.4, Florida Statutes, Code Enforcement Special Magistrate has the authority to hold hearings and impose fines against violators of the Manatee County codes and ordinances. 

 

Membership Requirements

Legal education and litigation experience preferred but not essential.

Meetings

Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of the month in the first floor chambers of the County Administrative Center, 1112 Manatee Av W.
